  • Class, you guys didn't do so well on this test, so I'm going to give a lecture on living organisms today.
  • Receivers: Students in the classroom. (Andrew, Lana & Carson.) Decoding: Carson, who thought he did well on the test. Communication Barrier: Lana is ignoring the teacher by listening to music. (Social)
  • I thought I had this one in the bag! I guess not.
  • *Listening to music on her phone*
  • Communication Barrier: He wants to use outdated equipments to try to teach better. (Physical) Communication Barrier: He is upset about the test results meaning he won't teach as well. (Emotional)
  • I'm pretty upset about these test results, I taught you everything you needed! I guess we're going to have to revert to my old teaching with my old equipment.
