  • Im paying £30 a month to get kids channels and movie channels and last night I tried to put on a movie for the whole family but it wouldn't work.
  • What seems to be the problem sir?
  • That's not good enough, I'm paying £30 for something that's not even working properly. Let me talk to the manager

  • Yes that is correct.
  • I've been told that you're paying £30 a month to get kids channels and movie channels and its not working properly.
  • Ok, I will do that.
  • I'm sorry to hear about that, I will send out a technician to sort out your sky box. if it still doesn't work properly you can get a refund.
  • Thank you for sorting out my problem, I will let you know in the future how to service will turn out.
