The tea that was destroyed was held in three ships near each other at Griffin's Wharf.There was a meeting of colonist to prevent the landing of the tea.The commanders declared that if the rebels shall not withdraw their position on the landing of the tea the British shall force it onto shore.This is a long range shot.
John Andrews was sitting at home drinking tea and was trying to leave to see what was happening but couldn't get through.The moderator declared the meeting to be dissolved.Loud cheers filled the air and the general shouted.Robert sessions lived in Boston and when Mr.Davis came from the town meeting he asked what was to be done with the tea, he said they're throwing it overboard.
