  • Cause
  • Effect
  • The Indian tribes had there own land which was written in a treaty by the United States government.
  • Cause
  • Then the Dawes Act was passed and federal troops were sent by the government to tell and to remove the Indians of their lands.
  • Industrial Revolution
  • Then after the federal troops arrived so did the new settlers ,moving and taking the Indian's land. Which force the Indians to move to new unfamiliar lands.
  • Effect
  • During the industrial revolution the United states eastern cities started to get over crowded.
  • So many settlers packed up their belongings and moved west to get away from the crowded cities.
  • So now settlers took indian lands and started new lives.
