I need to go home early in order to catch up on sleep because I don't get enough of it during the day. My main sleep theft is my phone, because I am always on it.
I am agitated with my friends, and other people when I am tired, and ignore them often by looking at my phone instead of talking.
In school I am always tired, and It effects my work habits.
Tonight I went to bed without my phone. I went to bed at 10:00 Pm, and it was much easier to fall asleep.
I feel so much better today. I am not drowsy, and my athletic performance has increased since I am now more focused, and less drowsy.
My grades have improved from more sleep too! Using my phone was not helping me at all. I'm much more happy now.
