  • The Senate is made up of 2 Senators per state. The Senate approves treaties made by the executive branch by 2/3rd vote.

  • The Constitution States that Congress has the power to lay and collect taxes!
  • T is for Taxes
  • U is for Unlawful Arrest
  • Police can not arrest you without proper reason. Otherwise, it is considered an Unlawful Arrest!
  • Anyone above the age of 18 is allowed to vote! People vote to choose people like the President and more!

  • W is for War
  • The Congress has the power to declare war on other nations!
