I can't tell. I don't think so, but my arms and legs are numb, and I want you all to be checked out for injuries, too.
Are you hurt?
I hope that's an ambulance
The army? Isn't that overkill?
We did crash a helicopter in a national park.
Where is the pilot?
And tried to take the little one with him.
Atticus, Jake, Dan, and Amy (in order from left to right) crashed a helicopter in the middle of a forest after their pilot jumped out. They are scanning each other for injuries as an ambulance is within hearing distance.
You tell us.
He jumped? Why would he do that?
Dan expresses his concerns with the ambulance bringing Guatemalan soldiers and Amy explains why they are there.
Some bumps and bruises and bruises, but they're okay.
Good. You may go.
As the doctors begin checking on the four, the captain begins to ask them questions about them and the helicopter.
We just want to see the ruins, that's all. We have a reservation at the hotel.
Now, may I ask what you children are doing here in Tikal?
Once the soldiers begin to back off, the captain asks why all of this happened, which is answered with question and a hint of sarcasm.
We don't know why he jumped. You can ask him if you can find him out in the jungle.
The head medic confirms to the captain that they don't have any broken bones or concussions and is sent off back to the ambulance.
As the ambulance drives away, Amy responds to his final question without giving away details that would blow their cover. I chose this particular scene because it gives a good example of what the four have to deal with every day. They are constantly being hunted down by both the police and thugs due to false information. While all of this is happening, they have to try and find ingredients to make something that would stop a powerful being, which is why they are in a forest.
