- Matthew, 31-year-old man who lives off his parents (who work 60-hour shifts a week) and the party's all day and all night while also spending money on expensive gifts for himself.
- Why are you out all day wasting your time! You've got so much potential but are wasting it on things such as drugs and alcohol.
- Calm down, Mum! I just want to have a little fun. Don't be such a buzz kill!
- While his sister, Amelia, works 2 jobs, help covers the family's mortgage, puts herself through college and gets top of her class. Their parents only seem to focus on Matthew.
- I work day and night while also paying and studying for school as well as helping with the mortgage while Matthew is spending Mum & Dad's parents on stupid things.
- One day, he envisions himself owning a sock business so he takes 300,000 from his parents and moves out to start his own business.
- Mum said I need to do something with my life so why not just borrow some money from them and get into the sock business! It'll be so smart!
