  • Physical wellness is mainly about the best care for our bodies so we are healthy and functioning. Some tips that could improve one's physical wellness are that one can eat healthier foods, drink more water, maintain physical activity, and have a caloric balance. Continuing, mental/emotional wellness is mostly about how one views and lives. Some ways that one can improve their mental/emotional wellness is that they could make good choices when dealing with stressful situations and try to be optimistic in situations. Lastly, social wellness consists of how we interact with others and the relationships that we have with others. Ways to improve your social wellness is to have more face to face interactions, hang out with more people, and maintain good eye contact. In conclusion, doing all of these actions can help one's body feel healthier, more fit, and happier all while striving towards total wellness.

  • Making goals are important because they help make you more responsible and give you abilities to focus more.
  • Specific- Is your goal specific? Is your goal clear?Measurable- Does your goal have a numerical realistic value?Achievable- Is your good in your reach or is it too extravagant? Relevant- Is your goal just for you?Time-bound- Does your goal have a deadline?
  • Why are making goals important?
  • Positives of being physically well: 
  • -increased life expectancy-more confidence-healthier bones-lower risk of disease-improved sleep
  • Physical Activity Physical activity is one aspect of physical wellness. There are five parts to physical activity which are body-fat composition, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
