I last saw my suitcase at check-in at LHR. The tag number for it is TGUS2367. It's a Pink hard suitcase with white stripes. It is a Large suitcase with 4 wheels and a handle. It has a black bag strap round the body of it.

We will pay you 50 pounds towards essential items under these circumstances but you must keep all your receipts and claim it back online. I will give you all their details of claiming it back. You can also claim it back against your travel insurance.

When we find it we will send it to you via our "rush bag" system, this means that the bag will be delivered direct to you. However if it hasn't been traced to you within 21 days then we consider it as lost. If this was to happen then we do inform you to claim it back through your insurance. Hopefully we won't have that problem.
