  • Second Amendment
  • Sir you can't own a gun here.
  • Yes I can! The Second Amendment allows me to have a gun until a malitia is formed
  •  Third Amendment 
  • What are you doing in my bed? Get out!
  • I'm a soldier and I just needed a place to stay because I have a war to fight tomorrow!
  • Congress is not allowed to make any laws that go against freedom of speech, the right to have peaceful protests, or the ability to petition for the government to remake certain laws.
  • Fourth Amendment
  • Actually, that goes against the Fourth Amendment! Go away.
  • Hello, I am here to search your house because my dog smells drugs inside.
  • Until a well-regulated militia is formed in the states, people can bear arms for their own protection.
  • Fifth Amendment
  • Did you kill this woman?
  • No soldiers are allowed to stay in any house when not in a time of war without the consent of the owner. However, during times of war, soldiers may stay in the houses of others if told to do so by law.
  • Sixth Amendment
  • Why was I put in jail anyways?
  • All people have the right to live safely in their homes without unreasonable searches of their property or their belongings.
  • People will not be forced to testify against themselves, preventing them from self-incrimination and double jeopardy.
  • I plead the fifth!
  • People had the right to have a public trial and to be told about the cause of the accusation. Also, people had the right to have the Assistance of Council for their defense and to have compulsory process for getting witnesses.
  • Your fingerprints were found at the scene of the murder.
