Elena's Depression

Elena's Depression

Storyboard Text

  • On an ordinary friday Elena is at the dining hall. Classmates Alice, Caroline, Jack get close to him. Elena does not like Alice and Caroline but she loves Jack.
  • What's up Elena? We will go out tonight. How about joining us?
  • Thank you guys. I can not be with you today. I have other plans. Sorry.
  • Elena starts to think why she did not want to go with them. She felt tired, reluctant, moodly weak and wondered the causes.
  • Is it important to go out tonight? Jack will also be. Never mind! I do not want to see more people than I see in school.
  • She felt better when she came home. When her mother came into the room, she returned back to her old mood. Because her mother was talking about facts.
  • Honey! What the hell is this? Tidy up the room immediately. Besides, the weather is very nice, why do not you go out?
  • I'm very tired. Maybe I can take a walk. Maybe...
  • She was excited when she looked at the sky. Life was worth living.
  • I did not know the weather was so beautiful. I think I'd better go out for a while.
  • Elena saw her friends Sam and Sally on the way. They were twins and her closest friends in the school. They invited her to drink with them. She did not go. She chose to be alone.
  • Hey Elena! What are you doing alone? We came to drink coffee. Why do not you join us?
  • I went out for a walk. Sorry I can not join you. I guess I need to be alone today.
  • Elena was thoughtful when she came to the beach. She was questioning herself and she looked at the sea and calmed down. Everything would be nice. Maybe...
  • What do I have? Life is monotonous. Maybe I'm overwhelmed. Maybe I should go on a vacation. Maybe it's a town I never knew. Maybe I should meet new people ...
  • OK. Please be good. I will see you at school tomorrow.
