  • Members of the Parliament
  • London 1689
  • ENGLISH BILL OF RIGHTS written in London 1689 by Members of the Parliaments.
  • The English Bill of Rights was written so that power to kings and queens would have limited power.
  • They were trying to accomplish certain rights of the citizens of England from the power of the crown
  • The king is abusing  his power and i'm tired of it, we should write a document to limit his power.
  • English Bill of Rights The king has to much power and he has to share it now.
  • Ok, That sounds like a good plan.
  • Ok, I understand
  • This document changed how much power kings and queens had. It also changed because kings/queens could not rule without consent by the Parliament.
  • You have to sign this we think that you have to much power so now your gonna share it
  • This document creates separation of power, limits power fro the king and queens, and strengthen freedom of speech.
