- Come in!
- Ayesha gets tired of running and sits down by a roundabout. A boy sees her and offers her an orange to eat from his dad's market stall while giving her directions for Dr Lelia's house.
- Ayesha arrives at Dr Lelia's house and Dr Lelia invites her in for dinner and gives her the pills for Granny.
- Ayesha runs back to her granny to give her the pills.
