Mordred, I have come to take you to Queen Morgause and King Lothe. You will be safe there.
The First Encounter
Uhhhh... I guess so.
Welcome to Camelot, Mordred. I hope your are ready to start your training.
On May Day in Camelot, Merlin told King Arthur that the prophecy says that Arthur must kill all of the newborns by sending them out to sea. Among those babies was Mordred, which would be a mistake.
When Mordred was a kid, he lived with his fisher mother and father. A young Sorceress named Nyneve came to take Mordred away. He was to be called upon for something more important.
Living with King Lothe and Queen Morgause was not easy for Mordred. He had a tough upbringing thanks to his brothers, and found out that he was doomed evil. He learns his fate is to kill King Arthur and cause the downfall of Camelot. Because Nyneve believes that he can fight the fate, she gives him a puppy named Gull. She can help him through the dog.
One Last Chance
Mordred, my son.
After nearly escaping Morgan le Fay and Caer Morgana, Mordred seeks help from the Lady of the Lake to help him escape his fate. She says that if he finds love, he can escape his fate.
You must find love.
Ummm.. weird looking Lady of the Lake, how do I escape this evil fate?
After finding his mother killed by his brothers, Gawain and Garet, Lynette discovers his true identity and runs in fear. As Mordred runs through the woods after her, he hears the sound of a harp. Mordred decides to give his soul to Arthur for safe keeping, but the Harper's raven snatches it in the air.
Mordred tries to fulfill his destiny by trying to kill Arthur. Arthur pierces him with a spear, while Mordred cuts into Arthur's skull. Mordred then turns into the Raven that took his soul and Arthur travels to Avalon to heal. Legend says that he will be back within a few hundred years and rule Camelot once again.
