I have participated in multiple activities such as Boy Scouts, piano, Korean Mixed Martial Arts, church school, and for a hobby, I play basketball. They have all taught me how to be a leader, how to be patient, and a much more understanding about life.
"It is not about being better than someone else, it is about being better than who you were yesterday"
I am deciding to become a Physical Therapist. As a PT I could help athletes and injured athletes by giving them routines. These routines will help them surpass their limits, and for the injured, I could help them by giving routines that would get them back to their feet.
I have been influenced mainly by my brother because he is also going into the medical field as a PT. For the past 4 years, he has been training himself and acknowledging others who work hard to stay in perfect shape
To be real though I haven’t applied this to my life as consistently as I should be. If I am going to apply this to my daily routines, I would create a schedule for myself to keep track on what things need to be done before others
