- I'm so excited for today!
- Hi! I would like to sign up for the basketball team, it is Leah Walker.
- Sure, but maybe you would like to sign up for the netball team, you may like it better, it's more girly?
- No thankyou, could you please tell me where the basketball try-outs are?
- Oh okay, yes the try outs are in the gym.
- Leah is walking to school, excited for her upcoming basketball tryouts. She has been practising and training all holidays for these tryouts and she hopes that all of her hard work will gain her a spot on the team.
- Leah goes to sign up, however, the teacher there mentions how Leah should instead try out for netball team rather than basketball team, as it is more 'girly'.
- The teacher seems confused, but signs Leah up, and tells her to go to the gym for the tryouts.
- Hey girl, the netball try-outs are in the hall.
- Oh....uh, I'm trying out for basketball.
- Leah changes into her sports uniform and heads to the gym. She looks around and notices that she is the only girl there, she gets confused but shrugs it off.
- Everyone sits down and gets ready for the tryouts, but Leah realises that everyone is staring and looking at her, as if they were shocked that Leah was there.
- A group of boys come up to Leah and tell her that the netball tryouts are in the hall. Leah is confused about what they meant by that, because she was trying out for basketball.
