This is a small village in an unknown part of Bicol in the Philippines. The name of the province was Albay. It was ruled by a mad Datu named Ulap who was a feared man as he was a warrior with insane skills in hand to hand combat and had a thirst for anyone who stood in his way.
Even though Ulap could find no challenge in the neighboring villages to beat him. Little did he know that his one challenger that he hasn't beaten yet was Pagtuga.
The small village of Albay was peaceful for everyone was afraid of what would have happened to them if they disobeyed the law and rule of Ulap.
This is the golden age of a time where Ulap designed his own defensive castle from any intruders making it even harder for other empires to attack and overthrow him.
Even though he did not build a castle the forest surrounding his fortress was big enough that there are plenty of traps still set up until the present that even Ulap himself is not aware of making it dangerous and unpredictable.
Another factor of his prosperity is also obviously his riches which he uses to pay his guards.
