  • Arrived at Sultan Abu Bakar Museum in Pekan
  • Hi everyone! Here is one of the most attractive place in Pekan which is Sultan Abu Bakar Museum. This museum is located in the heart of the town and facing the mighty Pahang river.
  • Showed the attractive front view of the museum
  • As you can see the front view of the museum is decorated with a wide variety of beautiful artifacts
  • Went to the main entrance and looked at the operation hours and rules
  • Unfortunately, the museum is closed for today so I won't be able to go inside to see more beautiful and unique artifacts
  • Showed the buildings structure closely
  • For your information this museum was constructed in the late 1920s by the British Goverment. It was formally opened by the Sultan of Pahang, Sultan Ahmad Shah on Oct 21, 1976 and it was named after his father. The museum was launched with a new look after a 4 years period of renovation and refurbishment
  • Showed the unique artifacts closely
  • Lastly, I went to the left side of the museum to show the beautiful view and then went to Micasa Cafe in Kuantan
