  • Proclamation Act of 1763
  • Have you heard about that new act the British passed?
  • I know I feel like it contradicts our treaty...I mean we now own the rights to that land right?
  • The Stamp Act
  • I got paper over here! They have a bit of tax but it's just as good as normal paper.
  • The Townshend acts
  • Excuse me sir but my we stay at your house?
  • Sure come on in. I mean I sort of have to right?
  • . The proclamation act said that even though the treaty they made after the 7 years war said they owned the land the proclamation said they couldn't enter the land without their permission. They didn't like this as it completely made their treaty pointless.
  • The Boston Massacare
  • Hey look at this dude existing and all that he looks like a British solider.
  • The stamp act put a tax on all types of paper and made people mad because all paper was taxed and it was just the same as normal paper that they used before the act. This really made them angry because a lot of the stuff they used were made from or used paper.
  • The Tea act & Boston Tea Party
  • I'm very much an Indian.
  • This is the act stated that the colonists must provide for supplies and allow them to stay in their house if they wanted to. This in general didn't make then mad but the fact that they could do this anytime any day and you were forced to was what made them mad.
  • The intolerable acts
  • The Boston massacre was when colonists decided to pick on a British solider. It eventually got more intense and 5 colonists died.
  • The tea act put a tax on tea this also made it so tea could only be bought from Great Britain. The Boston Tea Party was when colonists dressed as Indians threw 342 cargos of tea into the sea as a protest.
  • Come everyone we have tea...now with huge tax.
  • I feel like people are going to protest against this.
  • I will throw tea into the ocean as a protest.
  • This act closed the port of Boston and accused people in the colonies must be tried in France.
