  • Congress can not make any law that goes against freedom of speech, freedom of the press, the freedom for people to gather in one place, and the freedom to petition the Government to reform grievances.

  • Do you have a warrant?
  • Congress has the right to hold a militia in any free state to defend the state and the nation. Citizens have the right to keep and carry firearms.
  • Fifth Amendment
  • No soldier is allowed to stay in any house, without the consent of the owner of the house. A soldier also cannot stay in any house in time of war, he/she must be prescribed by law to do so.
  • Sixth Amendment
  • I accuse you for robbing my house and stealing my pets!
  • Ok, I hope I get called innocent!
  • All citizens’ houses, papers, effects and their own body are not allowed to be search without a warrant.
  • I need to search you sir.
  • You cannot be tried for the same crime twice. If you are plead innocent, you can not be tried in a trial again for the same case.

  • Wasnt I just proved innocent for this case?
  • You have the right to a speedy and fair trial. You have the right to be informed about the details and the cause of the accusations. You have the right to be confronted with your witnesses against you. You have the right to have a required process for obtaining witnesses in your favor. You have the right to have the Assistance of Counsel for your defense.
