  • Franklin interpreted her early data but refused to make it into a model. This infuriated Wilkins but even so, 'they' kept working on the structure of DNA. As the months went by, both teams collected more data but no-one could really fit all the pieces together.
  • Then, one day, Franklin managed to take a crucial DNA photograph-known today as Photograph 51. Little did Franklin know, Wilkins was annoyed and was about to do something preposterous...  
  • Franklin took Photograph 51 to Watson and Crick - an act that would change the outcome of this race.  The two scientists were surprised, but this information completed the puzzle that was the structure of DNA and the source of life.
