  • Here we have a young girl getting her daily exercise, walking. Physical activity is very important for a teenage body.
  • Also staying hydrated is super important. Esspesialy doing exercise.

  • Each day a thirteen year old should eat 5 serves of vegetables, 2 servings of fruit, 5 severs of grains, 2.5 serves of lean meat or fish and 3.5 serves of dairy.
  •  A short term goal is one that is archiveable in a short amount of time. A long term goal is not as quickly attained as a short term goal. a short term goal would be, exercising 3 times a week, eat less carbs and cut out sugar. Were as a long term goal would be losing 10 kg wich is not archiveable as a shortamount of time.
