Storyboard Text

  • Sharon can be seen standing at the river's edge with a crowbar in her hand. There is a dead body floating in the river but the viewers will not be able to see its face.
  • Young Sharon can be seen standing by her locker at school surrounded by a bunch of people which shows she is popular and admired by everyone.
  • Young Stella can be seen sitting in the library alone eating a sandwich whilst some of the popular kids are laughing at her.
  • A low shot will be used on Sharon to show that she is powerful and intimidating. The camera will then pan to the dead body and a long shot will be used to show the full scene so viewers can understand what has happened.
  • Stella can be seen in her attic which she has turned into an evil lair. She wants to kill her sister as she is extremely jealous of her so she comes up with a plan in the attic as she is the only one that has a key to it.
  • A long shot will be used at the beginning of this scene to show the viewers what is happening around Sharon. In the distance you can hear murmurs of students chatting and then the diegtic sound of a bell ringing will be used.
  • On the way home from school whilst they're walking through the park Stella trips Sharon up and she falls and hurts her ankle which makes it difficult for her to move. Stella then pulls out a huge knife from her backpack.
  • A mid shot will be used on the popular kids to show them laughing and pointing at Stella. A high shot will also be used on Stella to show that she is weak and defenceless against the popular kids.
  • The twins dad, Dave, is passing by whilst walking their dog, Smudge, and he stops Stella from stabbing Sharon.
  • An extreme close up will be used on Stella's face to show the hatred in her eyes. A non diegetic soundtrack will be used which is fast paced and high pitched to make viewers want to know what Stella's plan is and create suspense.
  • A long shot will be used for this scene. A non-diegetic soundtrack will be used that has lots of spikes in the pace and rhythm which will create suspense for the viewers as they wont know whats about to happen.
  • A long shot is used in this scene so viewers can see everything that is going on. In the distance you can here the diegetic sound of sirens
