Ch. 12 pg. 163 Joe couldn't stop thinking about how that could've been his grandmother. His guilt lead him to quit with the twins following along soon after. (Busy City Noises.)

Ch. 12 pg. 163 Despite this, the twins decided to do one last house without Orson's acknowledgment which meant that Orson didn't get anything out of it. The twins knew to hide their secret from Orson but it wasn't long until he found out. (Rain and thunder sounds.)

Ch. 12 pg. 163 Once Orson found out, he ranted to Joe about what backstabbers the twins were. Joe had an itching feeling that Orson may very so hurt the twins. But the idea of something worse than that happening to them was unimaginable. (Can't Pretend By Tom Odell.)
Ch. 12 pg. 163- 164 With a nervous Joe sitting in the car with Orson, they went to a park and picked up the mentioned twins. The entire drive consisted of Orson complaining about how the twins had double-crossed him. (Can't Pretend By Tom Odell.)
Ch. 12 pg. 164- 165 Orson lead the twins out near a dirt road, setting them on a log. Joe stood in shock as Orson started waving a gun around. Joe thought it was just to scare them. But when Orson shot Billy in the head, his mind when numb and failed to grasp reality. Orson attempted in getting Joe to finish off Mike but the offer was quickly denied.
