Storyboard Text

  • We are at the US Capitol today, reporting on the live election deliberations for the next US President. It is Burr against Jefferson. Please join us for you news updates live from the House of Representatives.
  • I am in the House of Representatives with Alexander Hamilton and another Representative. We are covering who should win pros and cons.
  • I am Alexander Hamilton, I know I don't ever agree with Jefferson but I think he should win. He know much more than Burr.
  • Why? Burr is liked by many people in New York He looks like he could be everyone's friend.
  • So, it seems that Hamilton is on the side of Jefferson and most Representatives are for Burr.
  • We don't know where Burr stands on anything. He doesn't say anything and dances around all of the questions.
  • I will be supported because most of the House is made up of Federalists. We need someone who seems neutral.
  • Burr seems more approachable. He seems more real. People like that. He also went to Law school.
  • Jefferson has nothing in hiding we don't know what Burr will do.
  • My vote is with Jefferson. He has beliefs and Burr needs some help. Law school won't help in real presidency.
  • Burr is liked much more. And he campaigns outside of his party.
  • It's official!!! Thomas Jefferson is the 3rd President of the United States.
  • I want to thank everyone who has supported me....
