The Egyptian civilization is based on specialized labor and hierarchy those are the elements of this civilization, this civilization was ruled by a pharaoh.
The Neolithic Revolution their civilization was more about specialized labor and everyone doing their part it was also more agriculture and full of gathering tools and food, domesticating animals.
The Sumerian civilization was base on government and cities and their people doing specialized labor it also revolved around taxes, and the king called and ency he governs everyone has different kinds of right hand men to collect the taxes. Labor is more about digging out zigorots/large holes to get the water and having domesticated animals to tend to the crops.
The Akkadian Empire had the same methods and similar empire and government as the Sumerians the differences was we lived in the North of Mesopotamia while they lived in the south. We also had a different type of language.
The Assyrians were one of the biggest or major people to rule in Mesopotamia they lived in the north between Tigris and Euphrates rivers They failed in history several times but they were mainly about different leaders going in power.
The Babylon empire was a central-government civilization of course their were people farming and herding but still it was more government controlled.
