  • Enter hypermart
  • Seek Help from Sales Assistant
  • Customer enters BIGBOX, and head to Hypermart
  • Long queue at the cashier
  • Since BIGBOX is a megastore and have a wide selection of products, customer might face difficulties looking for the product, making the shopping experience time consuming. It can also cause frustration to customer.
  • Head to furniture department
  • Customer might look for sales assistant for help. However, the sales assistant might not be available. Thus resulting in more frustration in customer.
  • Pay at that furniture department's cashier
  • Limited counters lead to long waiting time for payment, especially during peak periods such as weekends
  • Customer head to the next department and continue with their other shopping needs. As trolleys are not allowed in other departments, customers have to carry their shopping bags around, resulting in inconvenience to them.
  • Customers have to queue and make separate payment at different departments again, thus defeating the purpose of shopping at BIGBOX megastore.
