Storyboard Text

  • I DO! It was warm and bright and just like a flower
  • I bet you don't even remember the sun
  • You think you are all cool about knowing stuff about the sun, well your wrong
  • Leave me alone William
  •  The setting takes place on the planet Venus where on the planet the sun comes out ever few years and is always having endless rain. All the kids that went to this school have been born on Venus except for one girl named Margo. Margo to the other kids was weird and in love with the sun, she is a very shy girl and is determined that the sun will come out, others disagree
  •    The conflict of this story is that Margo is picked on and she feels like no one likes her. Also William is making all the other students turn against her. The reason why the kids are picking on her is because she still remembers the sun and has been to Earth.
  • So many flowers
  • The rising action is when the problem is starting because in the story Margo is not reacting to what the kids are saying to her that appeals to them. For example when William is picking on Margo, Margo doesn't do anything she is just quite and ignores him. So William gets even more mad and tries everything he can to make her feel awful.
  •  The climax of the story is when the sun comes out for the first time in seven years.  The kids lock Margo into the closet and soon as that happens the sun comes out. The kids forget about Margo and play in the sun until it starts to rain again.
  • Hey! That's not fair!
  • Its just a joke
  • The falling action in the story was when the sun came out. All of the children except for Margo had never seen the sun and now for the first time ever would be seeing this bright and beautiful thing.  Many of the kids ran around in circles like caged animals just being set free from the zoo.
  • Wow! This is so pretty!
  •  The resolution was that the sun soon disapered and now the kids remember that Margo was still left in the closet. They rush to her, feeling bad for what they have done, and let her out. She knows that she has missed the sun and also knows that she wont see it again for a very long time. The children feel bad about forgetting Margo and give her flowers from when the sun came out.
  • I am so sorry Margo
  • Yeah, Sorry Margo
  • *Sniff* It's ok
