In this shot there will be a man, who will be talking about the benefits of finding a good spot and how to manage your breathing while you're stressed. Someone will be acting out how to control your breathing. while person is acting this out, camera will zoom in on their face. This will be set in a home w/ comfortable seating etc.
To manage my stress i find a comfortable quiet spot and breathe deeply.
when doing this you should close your eyes, slowly take deep breathes, and do this for about 5-10 minutes
This shot will be set in a classroom environment. An adult figure will be giving students advice about how to manage their time w/ planner etc. Camera will focus on lady talking, and then zoom out to look at the planner.
when my students look stressed out i always advise them to grab a planner and map out their next few weeks.
