Principle #1 Gene Variation: In the dolphin population, there are two different colored dolphin. There are the blue colored dolphins and the grey colored dolphins.
Principle #2 Overproduction & Struggle to Survive: The dolphins that can't camouflage from killer whales get ate by the killer whales.
Principle #3 Differential Survival & Reproduction: The dolphins that are born colored blue are able to camouflage and not be eaten by the killer whale, and the grey ones die.
Principle #4 Changes in the Gene Pool: Because the grey dolphins died off, the blue colored dolphins genes get passed off into their offspring.
