  • Come in and we can explain you more about it
  • Taylor theories is focus on the efficiency  of the process using scientific methods in administrative problems,in that  time was increase productivity by increasing the efficiency of existing workers
  • Is based in 4 principles 1.Planning 2.Preparation 3.Control 4.Execution
  • Fayol was the first to identify management as a continuous process of evaluation. It focused on the structure and functions that an organization should have in order to achieve efficiency.
  • Defines the act of managing how to plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control
  • Fayol proposed 14 administrative principles where he talks about authority, equity, initiative, etc.
  • Achieved the introduction of the assembly line in the assembly of the car.
  • It was founded on three basic principles 1.Intensification principle 2.Principle of economicity 3.Principle of productivity
  • Ford founded his system in the payment of high wages and in mass production, he disagreed with the discontinuity between operations.
  • Drucker, was the first to make clear that there is no business without a client, made it clear that people prevail over capital and that workers should be treated as resources, not as costs.
  • For him the directors were responsible for 1.Establish the objectives 2.Provide and organize resources 3.Motivate employees 4.Control and improve performance
