The potential customer (an accountants firm) says they need help expanding overseas. The chat is then transferred to Jake, who is the international business manager so he can assist further.
After telling the customer how they can help, Jake sends the customer a background document with further information directly over the chat session, so the potential customer can read it in real-time and discuss it over the chat session.
The customer agrees to set up a further meeting via Glip (another proposed solution) and have a video chat.
