  • I chose two of our best friends to accompany you to the palace
  • thank you all for the farewell
  • How can that beautiful young woman be my wife if I do not remember ever seeing her? ...
  • You just have to wait, even if you do not know yet, you're pregnant, and if your son is the king's son you would have a wheel-shaped mark in your hand, as an ancient prophecy claimed.
  • The term that Dushyanta had put in ended and Sakuntala prepared to go to the palace. The whole forest celebrated the future wedding. The trees wove a wonderful dress, the flowers distilled a perfume and the birds sang a beautiful song as a farewell.
  • Where will she be? Not even in Himavat do they know where she was
  • King Dushyanta was finishing his Council when he was informed of the arrival of the two ascetics and the maid. He received them respectfully, but when he heard the reason for his visit he felt confused
  • I am the son of the hero Dushyanta, although I never met him
  • Who are you?
  • Sakuntala wanted to show him the ring, but then discovered that he had lost it. The sadness of the girl moved the king and before casting it he preferred to consult a wise man of the court he appreciated. Sakuntala, feeling despised, preferred to leave as far away as she could.
  • I´m so sorry. Please forgive my love. Let me give you the sing of our love again
  • Later, a fisherman of the Ganges found in the stomach of a fish the gold ring with the royal seal. When the king received the ring, he instantly remembered Sakuntala, his conversations in the forest and their promises of love. Desperate, he tried to find her, but it was too late.
  • Years later, the king returned in his car from a war when he decided to stop at the top of Oro, where the penitents come to approach the gods. When he got off the car he saw a child playing with a lion. He approached him, and could see that he had in his right hand a wheel-shaped mark.
  • Sakuntala then appeared, with her face marked by past hardships, but still as beautiful as when the king had first seen her. Dushyanta fell at his feet and asked for forgiveness. Sakuntala yielded to the king's pleas, and he returned to give him the gold ring.
