A boy named Connor was with his mother one afternoon. Connor was attempting to explain how he wished to attend LAN event in 3 months with his Call of Duty team.
When the two were walking home his mother explained to him that he must maintain at least a B average in school before the event. If he did that he would be permitted to attend.
Connor had held his end of the deal for 2 and a half months. The last Friday before he planned to attend his event Connor's physics teacher Mr. Weber informed the class that they would have a quiz which could significantly impact his grade.
Later that night Connor was hitting the books. He knew that he needed to get atleast an 80 on this quiz. The only problem was that he didn't understand the content, but he persisted.
After 3 days of nonstop studying Connor felt confident and took a practice quiz on google classroom. He got a 4%. He then realized what was at stake and studied harder and perfected his weaknesses.
Connor had his quiz on Wednesday, which was 2 dyas before his event. He watched with fright as he opened up Skyward. When he checked the gradebook he could not believe his eyes. He got a 98% and was able to attend his event
