  • We shall fight for our independence!
  • Before the Boston Massacre the British instituted a number of new taxes on the American colonies and that includes taxes on tea,glass,paper,paint and lead.The taxes was apart of a group law called Townshend Act.The colonies did no like the laws they felt as if it was a violation of there rights.
  • The Boston Massacre was a street fight that took place March 5,1770,between a mob,they were throwing snowballs,stones,sticks,and it was a squad of British soldiers.Multiple colonists were killed.That led to a campaign by speech.
  • After the Boston Massacre the colonist continued to rebel.The Boston Massacre was a major impact on relations between Britain and the American colonist.After the weary British rule and unfair taxation it roused them to fight for independence.
