  • Danton has a rival
  • Robespierre beheads lots of people
  • Kills Danton
  • Show my head!!
  • Danton was a strong leader of the revolution and was a defender of the rights of people. He inspired them to defend their country. He then had a rival, Robespierre.
  • Napoleon was appointed to head government
  • He wanted to get rid of anyone who disagreeded with the revolutionary government. He also accused Danton and was later put in jail after they had put him in a group trial.
  • Battles of losses and wins
  • Danton wa put in prison and was a loud speaker and tried to fight back when Herman was mad at him for trying to accuse the jury. Danton was not trying to accuse anyone but just trying to defend himself. He was trying to make a point that he created the Committee of Public Safety to rout our enemies home and tried to hold it back when it went to far but the committee kept sending people to the guillotine. Robesspierre that threatened Herman to make Danton guilty. He was then later killed along with Robesspierre shortly after other leaders turned against him.
  • Napleon gave up he throne
  • Napoleon was apponted to the head of the government during a period of unrest. France began a series of wars and won most of the wars and new land. 
  • Conquered Belgium, Holland, Prussia, Austria, Italy, Poland. Also had losses like, naval disaster at Trafalgar of the coast of Spain in 1805. Admiral Nelson of the British navy destroyed the french fleet and without the fleet Napoleon had to drop his plans for invading England. There was also the diaster in Spain and Russia where they knew they were going to beat Russia but instead they burned their livestock and burned their city for no shelter or food. They did not fight a real battle until Borodino.
  • Napoleon gave up his throne and sent him back to Elba. He then later crept back into France and raised another army. The combined armies of Europe rushed to Belgium to meet Napoleon The Battle of Waterloo in 1815 was Napoleon's last stand. They sent him all the way to South Atlantic.
