Joey's mom decided to look up treatments for him.
Mom, I have been really sad lately. I think I might be depressed.
Hey Joey, what's wrong?
Joey decided to try cognitive behavioral therapy, which he thought would work best for him. Joey also decided to start exercising for a change of lifestyle. This would help him get his mind off of his depression.
1. Cognitive Behavioral therapy- goal-oriented therapy 2. Interpersonal therapy- focuses on interpersonal relationships 3. Pyschodynamic therapy- focuses on unconscious processes
After several weeks of therapy and exercising, Joey is now depression-free and he is as happy as ever.
