It was the final day of school at Durham Elementary in Fremont, and I was ready for the summer ahead of me. I couldn't wait to finally go to middle school in 7th grade and experience than just elementary.
I got home walking, as usual, and my mom had an unfortunate look on their face. She looked over to me, and tells me that we had to move out.
We're moving out!
There were no available homes for us that we could find in Fremont, or any other nearby city that is 30 minutes away. The only and best deal we could find was a house in Tracy, and so we are going to see how that turns out.
We've finally arrived in Tracy, and we were nearing the first day of school at a completely different school. I didn't know what to expect, and I kept thinking the worst to my head
Back At School
Throughout the day at school, I met a lot of kind people. I've noticed that they weren't different at all from my friends back at Fremont. Even the teachers were nice, and I overall had a great first day at school.
I never really knew how in such short time, you can learn so much about life. These still go out through my mind each day. I found out its never a great idea to overestimate or to overthink about something little that seems really big to you.
