I've specifically changed the background of the banner/title to be white so its easier to spot.
Once the user hovers there mouse over one of the buttons a voice will read out what the title of that button is if someone is visually impaired. This should help them navigate through the pages
Once the user is on a page they will be able to simply hover there mouse over instead of clicking the top banner/ Title for the context of the page to be read out.
