Okay so class before we end off, remember to check the validity of your experiments!
Later that day...
Zack umm what did Mr Mitosis mean by checking our experiments are valid?
Ah okay Zara, show me your experiment and I'll explain it to you
How light intensity affects photosynthesis Results: From the results above: Test-tube A had 10 lux of light provided and the number of bubbles produced in a minute was 20 while Test-tube B had 20 lux of light provided and 45 bubbles were produced in a minute. Hence, Increasing light intensity, increased the rate of photosynthesis as observed by the number of bubbles produced.
Zara's results part of the report
Well, yes...I found out that the rate of photosynthesis did increase as the light intensity increased.
What does that have to do with anything?
Zara, so you investigated the effects of light on photosynthesis, right?
Ohhh! Woah gee, thanks Zack!
Yeah, so that's pretty much it. Your results coincide with what you were meant to be investigating! It's valid!
One week later...
Thanks for that last minute lesson on validity! I got an A!
