I was observing children in three different towns to see whether TV effects their behaviour.
My friend and I watched children in playground and classroom and measure the number of physical and verbal acts of aggression.
We later observe their behaviour for two years after the TV was introduced.
We started the experiment 2 years before the TV was introduced to the three town. Also compared the results from three towns.
Notel was found most aggressive comparing to Unitel and Multitel. Children and adults spent less time doing activities together and the children's IQ dropped slightly when the TV was introduced.
Children were also found to be less creative and become twice as much aggressive than before. Increase in gender difference can also be seen.
Notes showed increased levels of aggression as the TV was introduced. TV also reduced time spent on leisure activities, lowered creativity and intelligence slightly.
