  • What is a citation?
  • A citation is way of acknowledging the sources you used in your research and a way of telling your reader where your information came from.
  • Welcome! This tutorial will give a brief intro to what a citation is
  • Citations can be broken down into two main categories: lists at the end of a work and in-text citations.

  • Citations at the end of a work may be called a Bibliography, Works Cited, or References. These lists include all of the sources used in your research.

  • These citations direct your reader to your bibliography at the end of your paper
