The emperor's servant talks to the emporor about the flying man
It is early, but I have seen what I have seen! Come, and you will see it too. Please, or he will be gone!
It is early, and you have just wakened from a dream. It must be a strange thing, if it is true, to see a manfly. You must have time to think of it, even as I must have time to prepare myself for the sight."
The servant and the emperor went out to the garden and saw the flying man
While the man laughed and cheered, the emperor stared at the Great Wall of China
"I fly, I fly!"
The emperor asked the man to come down and demostrated his amazing flying machine and showed him a machine the emperor himself has made
Guards! Hold this man and call the executor!
The emperor then decides to execute him because he thought that if enemies knew about this invention then they will be able to cross over the great wall which was meant to protect his kingdom
