  • Scout and Dill went outside of the courthouse for a little bit. Mr. Raymond saw them  and  started talking to  
  • "Sh-h. Nothing new, just the usual. Hush now."
  • Scout and Dill sneak back into the court house
  • "as I was saying this trial should not be difficult. I have nothing but pity in my heart. I say guilt , gentlemen, because it was guilt that motivated her."
  • Atticus is saying his last words/ Closing statement
  • I punched Jem.  "In the name of God, I think."
  • Why did you punch him? What did he say?
  • Scout punched Jem and then asks him a question about if Mr. Gilmer talked yet.
  • "Did Mr. Gilmer-?"
  • Atticus starts talking about how the case should not be difficult
  • They left and then Scout punches Jem
