  • On a planning meeting, the team needs to reach an agreement, in order to get everyone's feedback, Charlie, the Agile Coach, will use the dotVoting to get each team member opinion.
  • Now, identify yourselves so we can see each voting at the end.

  • Charlie the Agile coach creates the list of topics that she wants the team to give their input. She also asks each one to install the app, if needed.
  • We now have 5 minutes to make our picks. The app will show you a timer.

  • Charlie The Agile Coach, creates a voting session and shares the access code with the team. This can be done by whoever creates a new voting session.

  • When using the app, each team member will need to identify themselves before voting. This is need so the team can see each individual input at the end.
  • Charlie, the Agile coach, defines the time box for the voting. Each team member can see the time box on their device.
  • After the voting is finished, Charlie, the Agile Coach, presents the results to the team on a large screen so the team can all see it and prepare the discussion about the next steps.
