Hey Amelia, I went to the doctor yesterday and they said that I could possibly have an STD called HPV.
Oh No! Lucky for you I know all about HPV, since my other friend once got it. Is there anything i can help you with?
I was actually wondering what the complications are if i actually do have HPV?
Easy! Some complications that you might face are anal cancer, vulvar cancer, throat cancer, and small bumps in around your vagina or anal area.
Wow! Those seem pretty serious, could you please elaborate on how these complications will affect me?
Sure thing, -Anal cancer has the possibility to cause changes in bowel habits, anal pain, bleeding, discharge, or itching. - Vulvar cancer, which is cancer of the vulva which possibly could show some symptoms like changing in thickness or color of the skin of your vulva. - Throat cancer has some possible symptoms like constant coughing, weight loss, ear pain that just wont go away, a sore throat, or some trouble or pain when swallowing or breathing. - The bumps that may be around your vagina or anus area would show symptoms like the bumps growing in cluster, or bumps that may be super itchy.
(After Amelia speaks): Those all sound so terrible. Thankyou so much for letting me know more about what may be ahead of me with me possibly having HPV.
