  • We work for Lords for no pay!
  • We can not feed our families!
  • five pence per person is too much! 
  • We work for free on church land for atheist two days a week!
  • God has not created rich and poor. Everyone should be seen as equal.
  • Following black death, when one third of the population died England was short of wealth.
  • June 12th 
  • Please stop the revolt!
  • NO!
  • The church is rich at the peasants expense. The need wages. They feared new taxes after the introduction of the poll tax.
  • June 14th Mile End
  • Peasants enter London 
  • I promise to free any rebels from prison, pardon them and punish any advisers.
  • No! We are going to murder the bishop of London , Royal Treasurer, and John Legge who organised the Poll Tax.
  • John Ball stirs up the peasants to revolt in 1381.
  • June 15th
  • I am only 14 , but I will show great calm.
