we are now developing research on other cultures (Asia)
TM has used internal growth
we tried external growth sources but we failed and that is why we use internal growth

I dont have a chance for promotion as TM has an inflexible organization structure
I hate my job, it uses autocratic and centralized approach were I have to do what ever I am told, this is unethical , they don't even let me talk to my colleages
the impact of TM on communities
on one hand hypermarkets provide much need of employment. It allows costumers to buy at low prices however by entering small towns with small markets they exterminate small businesses that can't compete with their prices etc. there is little ethics as they done care much about CSR
