  • A young man  is visiting the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska. Taken by its beauty and worth, he recalls the 40-year debate on whether or not the government could possibly ruin this wondrous location by drilling and how the plan was approved in 2017, and awaiting an offer. He gets the idea to submit a bill to Congress preventing this from occurring.
  •
  • The man, back from his trip, looks for help and suggestions for the bill from his peers and neighborhood, going on then to write it up, petition it, and send it to Congress in hopes of agreement.
  • The bill is sent over to committees in the House of Representatives for debate and revisions, and is eventually approved and sent over to the Senate for further discourse. After long and heavy discussion the bill is miraculously approved by both chambers of Congress. Wow! Totally still possible.
  • This imaginary president is then presented with the bill and is confronted with two choices: either to veto the bill and send it back to Congress, or approve of it. Amazingly, they approve of it just so this comic has a happy ending.
  • Mr. Man, because I didn't come up with a name, is told about his breakthrough and does a little happy wiggle in his chair because there is no jumping for joy pose in StoryboardThat. Hoorah! Now the Arctic WIldlife Reserve is safe.
